He is so very honest and carefull in explaining each and every step of his progress. He leaves nothing out when explaining what he is doing, how much he has spen, etc. Even if there is unforeseen work to be done, his philosophy is that it's part of the job he has quoted. Can you imagine working in hot, HOT attics in Houston, TX July heat? He thinks nothing of it, and works non-stop until the job is done, AND to the homeowner's complete satisfaction. You can trust his suggestions and opinions. He definitely has the homeowner's best interests at heart, and that's not always true with others, but you can count on him--for sure. I would not EVER have anyone else work on my A/C.”
